Method : 1. In a MWS glass bowl add chopped tomato, chopped

onion, chopped carrot, chopped ginger-garlic along

water. Keep in Microwave. Select category & press start.

When beeps, grind and strain it

Garnish with bread croutons, coriander (green dhania)

and fresh cream and serve hot.

In another bowl add oil/butter and stock and then put

the bowl in Microwave and press start. When beep,

add sugar, salt, black pepper as per your taste and

cornflour paste which is made up by mixing the half

cup of cold water. Stir well & press start.
